SHIPPING
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.We do Express Shipping.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
LAMPEROS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LAMPEROS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS &EXCHANGES
Articles must be unworn, unused, and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. There are no exchange or refund for Custom made products.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.Return labels will not be provided.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, LAMPEROS cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
LAMPEROS reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s).
